Air-gapped installation

uniget downloads container images from a publicly available registry. Therefore, an air-gapped installation is currently not possible.

But this could previously be mitigated by warming the download cache. Caching was removed, therefore an air-gapped installation is currently not possible at all.

There is no subcommand to warm a cache without installing.
