Renovate

uniget relies heavily on Renovate to propose tool updates using pull requests. Renovate will automatically merge the pull requests after the tests have completed successfully.

The root renovate.json defines a custom manager which reads the renovate nodes in each manifest.yaml directly. No additional configuration or generation is required per tool.
